The Anonymous Selection Process invites you to create a new recruitment experience for your company.
It promotes diversity and all the benefits that come with it: a plurality of ideas, more engaged teams, and greater profitability.
There are two ways to conduct an anonymous selection process:
Pre-Recorded Interview:
When defining the stages of your selection process, you can include the anonymous pre-recorded interview. This stage consists of customized questions created by you or generated by our AI, Jobi, based on the job requirements.
The candidate will answer the questions within a pre-defined time limit (1 or 2 minutes per answer).
The video responses can be accessed by both recruiters and managers, while keeping the candidate anonymous — that is, without revealing their image or voice — which helps reduce unconscious bias during evaluation.
Live Anonymous Interview:
In the live anonymous interview, the process takes place in Jobecam’s exclusive video call room. The talent joins the session using an avatar, and their name is replaced by that of a well-known city or country to ensure anonymity.
During the conversation, managers and/or recruiters focus solely on the candidate’s competencies and experience, avoiding bias during the evaluation.
At the end of the interview, it is possible to reveal the talent’s identity — similar to The Voice format — provided there is prior consent.
If you still can't find an answer to what you're looking for, or you have a specific question, open a new ticket and we'd be happy to help!
